The attractive cover of this sheet music depicts a fascinating photograph by Underwood & Underwood., N.Y. of the “First Steamship Going Thru The Panama Canal.” Although little is known about Julius K. Johnson, he was a composer of popular marches, including “King of the Air” and “Boy Scouts Parade.”
