This selection of items from the Walt Whitman Collection highlights many of the gifts from Professor Holloway including several editions of Whitman's Leaves of Grass. Also featured are some of Professor Holloway's own publications including his Pulitzer Prize-winning biography of Whitman. Of special note is the handmade volume of Whitman photographs compiled by Henry S. Saunders.
